About SJM Counselling
I have experience working with clients managing neurological and long-term health conditions, as well as those coping with bereavement or end-of-life care concerns. I warmly welcome anyone seeking support —including men who may find it challenging to reach out. Whether you're navigating life changes, dealing with difficult emotions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, we can work together at your pace. I believe everyone holds the potential for growth and healing, and I’m here to help you unlock it.
